Garden charge is wrong
With regard to the proposal by Rother District Council to charge £25 extra for green bin collections. Haven’t they got it the wrong way round?
We already pay for garden waste collections through our Council Tax so instead of charging more, shouldn’t they consider charging people less if they haven’t got a garden. It seems to me (and others I have spoken to) that it is just another way of getting our hard-earned money out of us!
