As well as the flower gazebo there were six of us walking round the park and may I say how generous everyone in Horsham was. On a glorious day, on behalf of Cancer Research UK we sold 650 flowers. The suggested donation was £1 but we received a total of £1,203!
It was the first time Dorking Friends of Cancer Research UK had been asked to help on the day and it was huge fun and really rewarding. Everyone was so friendly and obviously enjoying themselves.

After walking round in the sun encouraging people to buy a flower, we went home tired and really happy at how much we had raised to help beat cancer. Roll on next year.
