I am disgusted that they could not produce a successful Local Plan after working on it for nine years and at a cost to taxpayers of £2.7 million for that as well as Bognor Regeneration, which is still not completed.

The delay in the plan will allow developers to grab parcels of land just when we are attempting to limit the number of new developments
