May I thank the residents of Rye and visitors who attended Rye maritime and who donated to my collection for the Mission to Seafarers – a charity which supports in many ways seafarers around the world.

We raised £173.89. I am sure that the other organizations collecting for their charities also benefited from the large crowds and lovely weather.
