Thank you to all who donated

May I thank the residents of Rye and visitors who attended Rye maritime and who donated to my collection for the Mission to Seafarers – a charity which supports in many ways seafarers around the world.

We raised £173.89. I am sure that the other organizations collecting for their charities also benefited from the large crowds and lovely weather.

Thanks also to the small band of organizers and helpers and the sponsors who made the day messing about on the river so enjoyable and worthwhile .
