Free burger for those who do their bit to help keep Brighton beach clean

The YouTube personality is offering a free burger to anyone who shares a picture or video on Instagram using #CleanBeachClub proving that they have done their bit for their local community and picked up their litter from Brighton Beach and binned it.

To officially launch the campaign, Mikey and his Clean Kitchen Club team members worked alongside their friends and family, carrying out a litter picking parade, aiming to bin any litter left on the beach after the recent warm weather. Assisting his mate, fellow YouTuber, Jack Maynard even attended to help lend a hand and keep the beach beautiful.

The announcement is the latest step in Clean Kitchen Club’s commitment to give back to their local Brighton community that has supported them so successfully since launching.

The campaign follows measures announced earlier this month by UK PM Boris Johnson, encouraging Brits everywhere to keep their local beaches and beauty spots clean, as well as Brighton and Hove City Council encouraging Brightonians to keep their beach clean and tidy.

Clean Kitchen Club co-founder Mikey Pearce said: “It’s a rare occasion that we get to enjoy a bit of beach time in the UK, but when the sun does come out, unfortunately our beaches tend to get left looking like a bomb site.

“Clean Kitchen Club is all about clean living and we want to play our part to ensure that our beach in Brighton is as tidy as possible for everyone to enjoy. To get involved and receive a free burger, all you have to do is pick up your litter and show us that you’ve put it in the bin. Let’s make sure we keep this amazing beach clean!”
