Hastings fly-tippers condemned for 'totally unacceptable' behaviour
On Monday (June 29), a large amount of rubbish was dumped at the Harmers lay-by at Alexandra Park, Hastings.
A resident, who asked not to be named, said it was 'beyond infuriating that such disgusting people would do this'.

"Ultimately this is dirty, selfish fly tippers who are at fault, but also so are HBC (Hastings Borough Council)," they said.
"They need to act to at least try and create some deterrent by shutting the gate at night and asking for police to drive by more perhaps."
Hastings Borough Council said it will review the locking of the gates.

"We want to ensure our town remains tidy and urge residents who find fly tipped waste, or witness fly tipping, to report this to us through My Hastings."
