The aim for the team was to gain experience at an international swim meet, train and develop their race process skills.

Sophie was one of only two swimmers in the team to make an A final, placing sixth in the 100m backstroke.

She won the 200m backstroke B final in 2.17.20 while in heavy training.

Stephen said: “The team all conducted themselves in a professional manner and understood they needed to race tough with the meet/camp being a train through meet in preparation for the key domestic meets in April and July.
