Halloween Bonfire: The end of October is fast approaching, which will mean that the annual Halloween event will take place at Pett Village Hall on Sunday October 23. This is run by the Village Hall Committee for the village community and entry is free but parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.

It is a chance for young and old to come along to enjoy a spooky evening with a roaring Bonfire (but no fireworks). You can dress up and take part in the fancy dress competition, which includes Mum and Dad and every child in fancy dress will receive a gift. There will also be games for all the children to play and prizes to be won.

There will also be an amazing BBQ with ‘Howling Hot Dogs’ and ‘Bloodthirsty Burgers’, not to mention mulled wine! The only thing that cannot be guaranteed is the weather but fair or foul, it promises to be a fun evening.
