Planning applications submitted in Arun

Proposals for 12 two-bedroom and one one-bedroom flats in a new building at the rear of 118 Wick Street have been submitted to the council.

ANGMERING: application for a lawful development certificate for existing development consisting of stable block with feed, hay and equipment store and mobile home, Furze Field, Swillage Lane, Patching (this application lies within the South Downs National Park).

Demolish bungalow, courtyard, games room, double garage stable and log store; build two-storey extension to existing house and linked single-storey swimming pool, changing rooms and six garages, together with refurbishment and other alterations to house, Tall Trees, High Street. Also, conservation area consent application for same.

LITTLEHAMPTON: change of use from rest home to offices, with part residential accommodation, Millfield Rest Home, 9 St Catherine’s Road.

Redevelopment of the site, comprising the conversion and extension of the existing semi-detached dwellings, and construction of a new building providing a total of 13 flats, together with associated parking and landscaping, 118 Wick Street, Wick.
