PLANNING: Changes to a Wick church on the cards

CHANGES to a Wick church will be considered by Arun District Council.

The proposals for All Saints’ Church (below) are in the latest list of plans in the Gazette area.

ANGMERING: application to modify a deed of variation dated August 15, 2013 relating to planning obligation dated December 23, 2010 to include additional item 20 within schedule 2 of the agreement – to now read: “The floorspace within Unit 2 can be used for the sale of clothing, footwear, accessories and equipment associated with outdoor activities up to a limit of 197 sq m of floorspace,”, Unit 2, Haskins Garden Centre, Roundstone bypass.

BARNHAM: vary condition no. 4 imposed under BN/16/12 – alteration of site boundary, Eric Wall Ltd, Lake Lane.

EAST PRESTON: new block driveway and vehicle crossover, 19 North Lane.

KINGSTON: demolish house and build five-bedroom house, with landscaping, Blue Ridge, Gorse Avenue.

LITTLEHAMPTON: change of use from vacant shop to letting agent, 32 Beach Road.

Change of use and extension of part of former office building to GP practice with associated parking, landscaping and highway works, former Body Shop offices, Courtwick Lane.

Variation of condition 3 following planning approval LU/203/13 to alter list of approved drawings comprising relocation of two garages within the development, plus minor consequential amendments, land at The Poplars.
