Police warningover speeding
Rye police have warned that motorists caught speeding in the area will be prosecuted.
Rye police sergeant Warren Downs said: “Recently we prosecuted three people for doing 50 mph in a 30mph speed limit area. These incidents resulted in the offenders going straight to court and obtaining between 3-6 points on their licences.”
