A Bognor Regis Parish Centre must apply for planning permission to be a venue for a children's nursery.

Arun planning officers said the change from parish hall to day nursery would constitute a 'material change of use since both uses fall under different classes'. "As such the proposal for a change of use is not lawful in planning terms and requires the submission of an application for full planning permission," they said.
