A partnership with Mayfield, an owner and operator of care communities, will see an additional 250 homes delivered for the elderly.

Moda described the vision for the site as ‘a highly-connected walkable garden community with homes wrapped into large areas of landscaped green space and public realm’.

Its plans will include a range of on-site amenities including communal lounges, virtual sports simulators, BBQ roof terraces and bicycle rental.

Residents will have access to a car club, semi-private gardens and allotments.
