VILLAGE FAIR 2015: Sedlescombe Societies Association will be holding their AGM on November 3 in Sedlescombe village hall committee room 2 at 8pm. This year 2014 it was not possible to have a village fair on the Sports field due to lack of interest in forming a committee to organise and run the event. This year we were fortunate to have a couple of events on the Green but it would be nice to see the sports field used by the whole of the community at an event next summer. Therefore if you or your village group would like to see the fair back in 2015 then please make a date to attend the meeting on November 3 at the village hall. If we all do a little then we can achieve a lot.

It was well attended and it appeared that everyone who came along had a good evening, fish and chips were excellent and the questions certainly made your brain work! Thank you to John and Sue Parsons and all the committee of the Sedlescombe and District gardening Society who made it happen.
