SEDLESCOMBE GREEN WI: The next meeting of Sedlescombe Green WI will be in the village hall on Wednesday August 27 at 7.30pm. The speaker will be Mr Andy Dinsdale talking about “Beachcombing in the South East”. Please note the change of subject to that shown in the programme. SEDLESCOMBE FLOWER CLUB: The club had an interesting meeting last week when Gill Smaggasgale, a visiting floral demonstrator from Tonbridge, interpreted “Listening in Colour”. The photos show “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend“ and two other song titles - it is for you to decide what they might be? Another demonstrator will be visiting on September 10 so make that date for your diary, further details to follow.

SEDLESCOMBE VILLAGE HALL: The hall has an interesting and informative website with details of all user groups, go to www.sedlescombevillagehall.org.uk for some ideas of what you may be missing out on. There is certainly no reason to be bored or lonely in this village.
