Take That star Howard Donald motors to Goodwood

CLASSIC car lover Howard Donald will swap the recording studio for the race track next month at Goodwood.

The Take That star was at Goodwood Motor Circuit today for testing ahead of the 73rd Members Meeting on March 21 and 22.

When he’s not on stage or in the recording studio with his fellow band mates he’s often to be found pursuing his love of classic cars. He owns several, and runs them at track days at famous circuits around the country.

When he decided to take part in the event, he was happier to do so from the side lines and called on well-known motoring journalist and video presenter Chris Harris to drive his car.

Both met at the track today for testing ahead of the event next month, in which Harris will compete amongst a grid full of classic Porsche 911 racing cars.
