Teenage cyclist in collision with bus

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenage cyclist collided with a bus in Robertsbridge.

The 15-year-old, local boy, was heading north in George Hill when he hit the side of a bus turning south from Station Road at about 6pm on Saturday 26 October.

The cyclist was taken to hospital with a head injury but was released later.

PC Greg Allcorn said: “I’d like to speak to anyone who was in Station Road, High Street or George Hill when the collision happened.

“I’m keen to find witnesses to the crash but also to find anyone who saw the cyclist or the bus being driven in the moments before they collided.”
