Brighton and Hove’s bike share scheme has temporarily named nine of its 450 Life Bikes after Santa's famous reindeer for the festive season.
It gives city residents the chance to ride Rudolph, Dasher, Comet and the team this Christmas - but only if they can be found.
The scheme is helping the searching public locate the reindeer bikes on Twitter, with prizes available for those who share their reindeer photos on social media.
Since it launched in September 2017, Brighton’s bike scheme has 17,500 registered users, and more than 80,000 trips taken to date.
To find Rudolf and the gang, follow @BTNBikeShare and #BTNReindeer on Twitter.
