A person was ‘trapped’ following a collision in Pevensey Bay, according to an eye-witness.
An eye-witness said the two-vehicle collision happened on the A259 Eastbourne Road at around 8am this morning (Tuesday, July 19).
No serious injuries were reported, police said.
A Sussex Police spokesperson added: “The road was blocked temporarily to allow emergency services to respond to the incident and for recovery of the vehicles to take place.”
South East Coast Ambulance Service and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for more information.
