Elsewhere the roads across Sussex are largely clear of congestion this morning so far.

A number of roadworks are affecting some routes.

There are temporary traffic lights due to water main work on Victoria Road at Monkey Puzzle Close, Herstmonceux, and on A271 Gardner Street at Chapel Row.

There is also ongoing gas main work on Sutherland Avenue between Cranston Avenue and A259 Little Common Road, Bexhill.

Construction on the A259 Pevensey Bay Road at Tanbridge Road means there are temporary traffic signals in place.
