Three people injured after Battle car crash

Three people were involved in a car crash in Battle last night (Sunday, August 16).

The car crashed into a tree on Powdermill Lane at around 9.40pm.

The driver, a woman in her 20s, suffered from back and shoulder pain and two men had minor injuries.

All were taken to the Conquest Hospital for further checks.

Firefighters had to rescue one of the passengers from the car after the incident outside the Powdermill Hotel.
