Tributes paid to fisherman John

FLORAL tributes to a fisherman who grew up in Angmering were arranged round the village war memorial after his funeral on Tuesday.

Flowers spelling out the word "Dad", and colourful tributes including a ship's anchor and a football shirt were placed around the memorial by family and friends of John Healey, 46, who died while fishing two to three miles south-east of Littlehampton.

His body was found in the same area two weeks ago, and almost three weeks after he was reported missing.

The funeral took place at Worthing Crematorium.

He leaves a widow, Betsy, and three sons.
