Reports say cloud will thicken from the west during the afternoon, with possibly the odd outbreak of rain. Overall it is expected to feel warm across Sussex, and the maximum temperature is expected to be around 25 degrees Celsius.

According to reports, it will be a dry and increasingly cloudy evening across the east and west, although a few breaks are likely, particularly in eastern parts.

There are expected to be some outbreaks of light rain or drizzle in the west later, according to reports.

Overall, it will be a mild night across the county, with a minimum temperature at around 15 degrees Celsius.
