Brighton duo to leave the club after not being offered new deals
Goalkeeper Lucy Gillett and defender Sophie Perry both spent the second half of last season out on loan and neither have been offered new deals by the Seagulls.
Republic of Ireland international Perry re-joined Albion in 2017 after a short spell with Reading and was part of the squad that won promotion to what is now the Women’s Championship in 2015.

Hide AdThe 32-year-old remained with the squad for the start of this season, the club’s first in the FA Women’s Super League, making 13 appearances and scoring one goal in all competitions before moving on loan to Lewes in January.
United States-born Gillett joined the club from Watford in 2017 after spending part of her early career in Iceland.
The goalkeeper made five appearances for Albion in the 2018/19 season, including two in the league against Birmingham City and Liverpool.
Gillett spent the second half of the season on loan to Crystal Palace.
