Dunk had made his Three Lions debut when he played the full 90 minutes in Thursday's 3-0 friendly win against the United States.

Joe Gomez and John Stones took over in central defence this afternoon as late goals from ex-Albion loanee Jesse Lingard and Harry Kane took England to victory, after Andrej Kramaric's deflected effort gave Croatia a 57th-minute lead.

The win sees England quality for the Nations League semi-finals next summer.
