Brighton have bagged a home tie against Championship Sheffield Wednesday in the third round of the FA Cup.

Brighton last played Wednesday in the FA Cup in 1983 when they beat them 2-1 in the semi-final played at Highbury.

Albion went on to the final at Wembley and drew 2-2 with Manchester United but lost out 4-0 in the replay.

But Seagulls fans were quick to react to the draw, with many opting for a bit of light-hearted banter with their Sheffield Wednesday counterparts.
