He has refereed three Albion league matches this campaign, the 2-2 draw at Southampton, 1-0 victory at home to Wolves and the 1-1 draw with Arsenal at the Amex.

He was also in charge for Brighton's 1-0 defeat to Manchester City in the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

Sunday's game kicks-off at the Emirates at 4.30pm and Gary Beswick and Adam Nunn will be the assistant referees, with Graham Scott the fourth official.
