Brighton and Hove Albion defender 'close' to completing Nottingham Forest move
Nottingham Forest are reportedly close to completing the signing of Brighton and Hove Albion's Cameroon international defender ahead of tomorrow's transfer deadline.
Gaetan Bong, 31, has featured little in the Premier League this season under Graham Potter and Forest are keen to add the Cameroon international to their ranks.
The left back joined Brighton on a free transfer from Wigan Athletic in 2015 and has made 91 appearances for the club. He previously played for Olympiacos, Valenciennes, Tours and Metz and has 16 caps for Cameroon.
Nottingham Forest are third in the Championship and pushing for promotion to the Premier League.
Earlier in the January transfer window they heavily linked with Brighton's veteran striker Glenn Murray.
