Bowen is one of the most prolific players in the second tier, and a string of Premier League sides have been linked with his signature.
The Hull forward won't come cheap though, and the Seagulls are one of a string of Premier League sides linked by 90min with a £20m move.
Brighton have recent form in acquiring top Championship talent, with Neal Maupay recently arriving from the second tier.
