Brighton transfer rumours: Seagulls eye £5m ex-Paris Saint-Germain striker, Liverpool receive boost in race for £35m midfielder
Brighton & Hove Albion are gearing up for their latest Premier League fixture this weekend, which will see them take on West Ham United at the Amex Stadium.
With the Seagulls' safety confirmed for another season, they can play with a real freedom for their final three games of the season, and will be looking to leapfrog the likes of Burnley and Southampton with a couple of wins before the campaign draws to a close later this month.
Speaking on talkSPORT yesterday morning, Seagulls boss Graham Potter was again tipped for the vacant Spurs job, with former Tottenham player Jamie O'Hara revealing: “My wish list has actually changed. Before I was thinking, ‘Who do we go to from Jose Mourinho? We should be going for like an Antonio Conte or a Brendan Rodgers' but I think we need to be realistic.
“We’re pretending we’re a big club and we’re not. We don’t win anything. We need to go and find someone a bit like Pochettino when he first came in.
“Genuinely, I’ve warmed to the idea – and the more I watch him the more I like him – of getting Graham Potter. I think he would be good for the club. His philosophy is great. The way they create chances, the way they want to play. I would love someone like that to come in.”
