The Seagulls crashed to a 5-0 defeat at home to Bournemouth last weekend and then lost 2-0 to fellow strugglers Cardiff on Tuesday.

Those results left Albion just two points ahead of third-from-bottom Cardiff in the Premier League but the draw at Molineux has moved Brighton three points clear of the danger zone with four games remaining.

Dunk said: "It was more about the performance today. It's a massive point for us with the situation we're in but the performance showed we can react to the disappointment we've had after the last two games, especially with them being home games and conceding so many goals.

"The attitude probably wasn't right but today showed we've still got it and we'll keep fighting right to the end.

"We're in a position now that as long as we keep fighting we'll be all right.

"We haven't become a bad team over night. We know we can grind results out and that's what we've got to do right to the end."
