Former Brighton star Mark Lawrenson reveals bold prediction for Albion's clash against Wolves this weekend
Football pundit Mark Lawrenson has revealed his weekly set of Premier League score predictions, including Brighton & Hove Albion's clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.
Writing on the BBC Sport website, the former Seagulls defender tipped Graham Potter's side to carry the momentum of their history 2-1 win over Arsenal through to the weekend, and secure the same scoreline against Wolves at the AMEX Stadium.
He wrote: "Wolves have not lost in the Premier League since 14 September, and are clearly a very well-drilled side with a clever coach in Nuno Espirito Santo. They have scored some important late goals in that time too, which is a useful habit to have.
"But I just have a feeling that their run will end here. Brighton will cause them some problems - the Seagulls will have to work hard to hold out though."
Conversely, tennis superstar Andy Murray - Lawro's prediction opponent for the week - backed the visitors to take all three points on Sunday in an edgy 1-0 win.
Albion will be in fine spirits following Thursday night's excellent showing at the Emirates Stadium, and will be confident of maintaining their four-match unbeaten run against the West Midlands side.
