The second tier of English football is becoming renowned as a hotbed for developing talented footballers - only this week, Bayern Munich closed in on a deal for Reading's Omar Richards - and the 2020/21 season has seen a number of Championship players put themselves in the shop window for a big move this summer.
Brighton & Hove Albion's season remains on a knife-edge, and they'll be desperate to pick up some points to avoid dropping into the relegation zone over the coming weeks:
5. Harry Wilson - Liverpool
The set-piece sensation has been on loan with five clubs in as many years, with Liverpool still not willing to give him a chance to prove himself at Anfield. He's overdue a permanent move elsewhere to continue building his career. Photo: Alex Pantling
6. Joao Pedro - Watford
Do Watford have another Richarlison on there hands? Quite possibly. Plucked from Brazilian side Fluminese - just like Richarlison - the 19-year-old has scored three goals in his last five matches, but was sent off against Bournemouth last time out. Photo: Richard Heathcote
7. Emiliano Buendia - Norwich City
Let's be honest, there's no contest here - Buendia is the best player in the Championship. He's smashed the division to bits this season, scoring ten goals and making as many assists. He's likely to cost around £40m, mind! Photo: Stephen Pond
8. Michal Helik - Barnsley
Barnsley's terrific 2020/21 campaign currently sees them on the verge of breaking into the play-off spots. Helik has really impressed in his debut season in England, and could continue to thrive at a bigger club. Photo: Nathan Stirk
