Revealed: The Brighton player among the Premier League's most clinical in 20/21

Brighton haven’t always lit things up in front of goal this season.

Their tally of 33 strikes is the sixth-lowest in the Premier League, and has occasionally led to frustrating encounters in which Graham Potter’s men have come away with less than they perhaps feel they could or should have.

According to stats-based site Wyscout, the Seagulls have averaged an xG of 1.73 per top flight outing this season, but their actual tally levels out at just one goal every 90 minutes.

BettingOdds.com have conducted research into which Premier League players have registered the fewest touches per goal involvement in the top flight in 2020/21 – and there are some surprising names in the top 20.
