Albion defended resolutely throughout but Eriksen fired home from 22 yards with just two minutes to go. Here's how we rated the players of both teams.

Dealt well with goalmouth scramble in the first half. Kept out fierce Rose strike in the second period and low Eriksen shot, before Eriksen fired home late winner.
Back in the side after missing two games. Dealt well with Spurs' attacking threat down his side.
First to several balls into the box to head clear. Superb goal-line clearance to deny Alli in first half injury-time. Headed golden opportunity straight at Lloris when unmarked.
Excellent again. Threw himself in the way to help deny Spurs from big goalmouth scramble in the first half. Also blocked Wanyama shot, stopped Son reaching Alli ball over the top and blocked low Moura cross.
Up against Moura and then Son when the Spurs wingers switched sides. Made one excellent tackle on Son and led a breakaway early in the second half. Booked.
Had to work hard defensively. Few opportunities to run at Rose but one teasing cross was just too far in front of Andone.
Kept Albion organised in the middle. Made some timely interceptions.
Back in the starting line-up after being left out of the previous two squads. Energetic display. Good tracking back stopped Moura getting away early on and nice run earned a corner. Subbed.
Hard-working display in the middle of the park. Free kick was sent over his own bar by Wanyama in the first half and set up opportunity for Duffy early in the second half.
Worked up and down the pitch to help Bernardo out on the left.
Lively up top. Led one breakaway in the first half and full-length run was ended by excellent tackle. Booked. Subbed just past the hour.
Sent on after 64 minutes. Blazed one long-range strike over.
Went on after 73 minutes. Sent low shot wide in injury-time.
A late introduction for Bissouma. Drove one opening over from 22 yards.
Back in goal after missing Saturday's defeat at Manchester City. Punched clear dangerous Gross corner under pressure. Comfortably saved Duffy header.
Solid in defence. Early free kick set up opportunity for Vertoghen.
Comfortable on the ball at the back and spread play with long passes out wide. Low strike hit the inside of a post.
Defended well and a threat from attacking set-pieces. Headed over from early Trippier free kick and saw another shot blocked.
Saw plenty of the ball in early stages. Corner set up opening for Son but forward was unable to flick home. Flew into tackles fully committed and one denied Andone a shooting chance.
Sat in front of the back four. Sent Gross free kick over his own bar at 0-0. Dragged a shot wide early in the second half. Subbed.
Lively. Failed to make contact when looking to turn home early Eriksen shot. Denied by Duffy goal-line clearance late in the first half. Sent a couple of efforts over as pressure mounted in the second half.
Scored superb long-range winner late on. Looked to pull the strings and link play in the final third. Sent early 25-yard across goal and wide and another effort over on the half-hour. Booked.
Lively start down the right. Powerful strike straight at Ryan late in the first half.
Missed the ball when looking to flick home early Rose corner. Curled effort over just before the hour and sent another shot over shortly afterwards. Subbed.
Struggled to really get in the game up against Dunk and Duffy.
Striker who turned down a move to Albion in 2017 was sent on 11 minutes from time.
Went on for the last eight minutes.
Sent on in the final minute.
