Up next for Balogun, 29, who joined Chris Hughton’s side on a free transfer from Bundesliga outfit Mainz, will be another friendly with Czech Republic next Wednesday.

Columbian winger Izquierdo is part of his countries 35-man provisional squad and they are in action against Egypt tomorrow (Friday) ahead of the final squad announcement.

Ryan is expected to be between the sticks for Australia’s penultimate warm-up game against the Czech Republic tomorrow. They then face Hungary a week Saturday.

Others on international duty, although with no World Cup ahead, are Shane Duffy (Ireland), Davy Propper (Netherlands) and Beram Kayal and Tomer Hemed (both Israel).
