Left-back Bernardo is still out with his hamstring injury, while winger Jose Izquierdo (knee) will also miss the match.

Midfielder Yves Bissouma missed the match with Liverpool last weekend and will only be involved at Old Trafford if he trains tomorrow.

Goalkeeper Mathew Ryan and winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh are at the Asian Cup with Australia and Iran respectively. Both teams have qualified for the last 16, which begins on Sunday.

Brighton boss Chris Hughton said: "Bernardo will miss out again as will Izquierdo. Bissouma, who missed last week's game against Liverpool, we'll know about tomorrow.

"If he trains tomorrow, he'll have a chance of being involved but if he doesn't train he won't be involved."
