Littlehampton stay in top three
Having been under the cosh, Barney Boutwood’s screamer gave Golds the lead against the run of play on 29 minutes.
Impressive saves by Golds keeper Dean Fuller from Matt Hoyte and Chris Hirschfield, coupled with a goal-line clearance from substitute Jason Taylor, kept Loxwood at bay until an Istvan Gulyas penalty made it 1-1.

Hide AdHoyte then struck a post, and Fuller kept out Damon Aston, who also later fired wide, and the match appeared to be heading for a draw until Golds substitute Matt Russell played in Jarvis, who fired home three minutes into stoppage time to give Littlehampton a smash-and-grab win.
Littlehampton boss John Suter said: “They were much better than us and I attribute the win to Dean Fuller, he was outstanding.
“We’ve dropped points by conceding late on this season, so to win like that was nice, particularly as we didn’t deserve it.
“You don’t always get what you deserve in football, but I’m very pleased and, although we rode our luck and they were better us, I’m delighted.”
