City are still in the running for the quadruple this season and Irish international Duffy believes Pep Guardiola's side are the best in Europe at the moment.

They have already won the Carabao Cup this season, are second and two points behind Liverpool with a game in hand in the Premier League, are in the quarter-finals of the Champions League and face Albion in the last four of the FA Cup.

City were given a run for their money by Swansea in their FA Cup quarter-final tie earlier this month when they had to fight back from 2-0 down to progress 3-2 and the Swans' performance gives Albion hope going into the semi-final.

Duffy said: "Swansea played very well but City are probably the best team in Europe at the minute.

"We'll go there full of hope and belief but you've just got to stick to your game plan and try to frustrate them.

"It's an FA Cup semi-final at Wembley, who knows what can happen? That's the mentality you've got to take into the game."
