The club are pleased to announce the appointment of the management team for the reformed under-23 team.
Matt Snelgrove is manager and his assistant will be Ryan Reid. The club said: "We wish them a successful first season and look forward to seeing them around the club."
Seaford have confirmed the appointment of Matt Ashwood as their new U18 Assistant Manager.
He started with South Malling Wanderers from U7s until U11s, at which point the club didn't have the facilities to take the team further.
The following season their team moved on to neighbours Premier, in Seaford, where the manager moved on and Ashwood was asked to be assistant to Kev Brooker. After a pleasing first season they won the division two title the following year but the next year in division one was a struggle.
The team joined up with Seaford Town where Ashwood had a year out as Andy Stiles and his team led the boys to a division three title. Stiles then moved on and Ashwood and Brooker took the lads to a second place and finished with the league title again in the final U16 year.
Lancing Ladies are currently looking to appoint a coach to support the development and management of their Women's team for the 2020-21 season. If you are interested please drop us an email at [email protected] or DM them via their Twitter account.
