Medal joy for popular school netball club
Barcombe Church of England School celebrated netball success at the recent inter-schools sports fixture held at Newick Primary School.
Pupils from local cluster schools enjoyed taking part in football, tag-rugby and netball matches.
Barcombe School's netball club is a popular after-school club and is enjoyed by all Year 3-6 children. The club is run by parents Fiona Hills and Jan Steadman.
The team, pictured proudly showing off their winning medals, consist of: Jan Steadman, Hattie Deacon, Penny Smith, Ellen Cornwall, Amy Widgery Francesca Steadman, Tilly Morgan and Fiona Hills.
