The new Brighton restaurant will be serving ‘Great British Burgers’ and homemade rosemary salted chips from early 2019.

Honest founders Tom Barton and Philip Eeles – who met while working at Brighton’s Riddle and Finns - use quality British meat and vegetables.

Over the next few weeks, Tom and Phil will be meeting Brighton’s local brewers and producers to create some new ‘just-for-Brighton’ specials that will be ready in time for launch.

Potatoes are bought from a sixth-generation farmer just 30 miles from the Brighton restaurant. The chips are made in-house daily and always include a portion in the price of a burger, and the beef comes from their own butchery in south London.
