Movin' Melvin returns to Brighton with soulful show

Entertainer and fitness guru Movin' Melvin Brown is to bring the story of Otis Redding to life on stage at Brighton Fringe.

Described as ‘a dazzling extravaganza of song, dance, tap-dance and soulful funk’, Movin’ Melvin will perform hits by the soul singer, including ‘(Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay’, ‘Shake’, ‘These Arms of Mine’ and ‘Try a Little Tenderness’.

Well known to audiences around the world Movin’ Melvin Brown has been featured on BBC TV and Radio, GMTV, Meridian TV, programs across UK, Europe and Australia and in his homeland the United States of America, where he is famous not only for entertaining, but his fitness and dance programme ‘Tap into Health’.

Movin’ Melvin Brown presents ‘Me and Otis’ will be performed at The Warren, Main House, from May 18 to 20 at 8pm.
