Nick Cave announces ‘conversation’ concert at the Brighton Dome

Singer songwriter Nick Cave has today announced a new show at the Dome which promises ‘An Evening of Talk and Music’.

The event takes place on June 28 and follows a sold out run of similar shows in Australia and New Zealand.

Brighton resident Cave will take the conversation tour across Europe and the UK, and will take questions from the audience on all manner of subjects and perform a selection of songs on piano.

Described by Cave as “an exercise in connectivity”, he said: “I thought that a direct conversation with the audience might be valuable - in the recent live shows we have all shown a kind of willingness to open up.”

Tickets go on sale to the public from 9am this Thursday (February 21).
