The Royal Wedding is set to be shown on a giant screen at Brighton seafront on Saturday, May 19.
The screen will be set up beside the British Airways i360, which is hosting the event free of charge from 10am to 4pm.
There will also be a bouncy castle and fancy-dress competitions, plus free games and activities.
People are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets and to arrive early to secure their space.
Cllr Alan Robins, Brighton and Hove City Council’s chair of tourism, development and culture, said: “As far as viewing vistas go, I think watching the Royal Wedding with the beautiful Brighton beach and the West Pier as the backdrop will be hard to beat!
"Fingers crossed for a spot of sunshine, but whatever the weather I’m sure there will be a great atmosphere for everyone joining the celebrations to enjoy.”
The Royal Wedding will also be shown in the British Airways i360 pod and guests will be able to take selfies with a life-size cut-out of the happy couple.
And anyone named Harry or Meghan can take a trip on the i360 for free on the big day.
Steve Bax, executive director of British Airways i360 said: “We’re inviting Brightonians and visitors alike to bring their friends and families to watch the Royal Wedding here on Brighton seafront.
"Bring your blankets, camping chairs and plenty of flags – let’s make it a party to remember!”
