The Chalet Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at The Chalet Cafe, Henfield Road Cowfold, Horsham was given the score after assessment on June 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Horsham's 145 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 113 (78%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
