Gary Gratwick, 33, of Albert road, Bognor Regis: Must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order made by Worthing Magistrates' Court on December 11, 2023, by failing to attend appointments on December 18, 21 and 29, 2023, and January 5, 2024. The order was varied to include an additional five days' rehabilitation activity requirement.

Robert Titcomb, 55, of Brockhurst Farm, Watersfield: Fined £352 and must pay £35 victim surcharge after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A29 London Road, Coldwaltham, on October 8, 2021. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Vincent Benham, 19, c/o Fishbourne Road East, Chichester: Fined £80 after admitting stealing a North Face coat worth £25, Nike jumper worth £35 and Nike coat worth £40 from Vintro Clothing, Chichester, on February 5, 2024. Also admitted possessing 2.5g of ketamine, a class B drug, no separate penalty.

Guy Monkhouse, 53, of Green Lane Close, Arundel: Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 80 hours' unpaid work after admitting driving while unfit through drugs in The Causeway, Arundel, on July 9, 2023. Must pay £85 costs, £114 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Robertas Bingelis, 39, of Lyon Street, Bognor Regis: 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 130 hours' unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (111mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Canada Grove, Bognor Regis, on August 8, 2023. Must pay £85 costs and was disqualified from driving for 52 months.

Joseph Cantwell, 19, of Crooked Lane, Birdham: Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 80 hours' unpaid work after admitting possessing 195g cannabis, a class B drug, in Avenue de Chartres, Chichester, on August 18, 2023; and possessing a large kitchen knife in a public place, in his rucksack, without good reason, in Avenue de Chartres, Chichester, on August 18, 2023. Must pay £85 costs, £114 victim surcharge.

George Jackson, 26, of Horsefield Road, Selsey: Must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order made by Brighton Magistrates' Court on May 29, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work on February 22 and 29, and March 7, 2024. The order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity and 40 hours' unpaid work requirements for breaching a restraining order imposed by West Sussex Magistrates' Court on June 16, 2021, by attending and remaining in an address from which he was prohibited on May 28, 2023.

Amber Baker, 31, of Watergate, West Marden: Fined £40 and must pay £16 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over 70mph on the A27 Arundel Road, Binsted, on July 26, 2023. Her driving record was endorsed with three points. Also admitted driving with an expired substantive licence, no separate penalty.

Anthony Craughwell, 55, of Ancton Way, Elmer: Fined £120 after admitting drink-driving (62mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Elmer Road, Elmer, on March 2, 2024. Must pay £85 costs, £48 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Matthew Lee, 47, of Queens Fields West, Bognor Regis: Community order and must carry out 100 hours' unpaid work after admitting two charges of drug-driving (2.6ug/l Delta-9-THC and 107ug/l benzoylecgonine) on the A27 Crossbush on September 26, 2023. Must pay £85 costs, £114 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Karl Peace, 22, of Chichester Road, Bognor Regis: Fined £184 after admitting drug-driving (5.1ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on November 23, 2023. Must pay £85 costs, £74 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Gary Borgonovo, 52, of Wadhurst Close, Bognor Regis: Fined £146 after admitting drug-driving (3.9ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the A27 Arundel on December 8, 2023. Must pay £85 costs, £58 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Arne Lofthouse, 19, of Market Avenue, Chichester: Fined £660 and must pay £85 costs, £264 victim surcharge, after being found guilty of using an e-scooter without insurance in Whyke Lane, Chichester, at the junction with Caledonian Road. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also found guilty of using an e-scooter without a driving licence, no separate penalty.

Jason Brookes, 39, of Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis: Fined £500 after admitting drug-driving (624ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Aldwick Road, Aldwick, on October 17, 2023. Must pay £85 costs, £200 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admitted drug-driving (no less than 10ug/l cocaine) in Aldwick Road, Aldwick, on October 17, 2023, no separate penalty.

Joanne Baxter, 55, of Aston Rise, Pulborough: Fined £80 after admitting drink-driving (42mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in New Place Road, Pulborough, on December 31, 2023. Must pay £85 costs, £32 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 13 months.
