Elvis Presley helps save a marriage
Sadly for Dwight, the tour is the one Elvis never got to play, dying the day before it was due to start. Even more sadly for Dwight, and his wife, they are a long way from home on their way to the first show when the news breaks.
Are You Lonesome Tonight? is a fictional play based on real events. It is written by Andy Moseley and directed by Howie Ripley. The cast are Alison Green and Andy Moseley. The play was first performed at Buxton Fringe in July 2010 ahead of a five-day run at Edinburgh Fringe that included packed houses on the 33rd anniversary of Elvis’ death.
