Loose car bumper on A23 causing safety concerns

A loose car bumper on the A23 is causing safety concerns for drivers using the road.

At 10.20am, reports were made of a car bumper lying in the southbound carriageway of the A23 near Handcross.

According to traffic reports, traffic is coping well despite the debris.

Police are currently on their way to investigate.
