Stuck horse causes rail and road problems near Billingshurst
A road in Adversane was closed after a horse became stuck on the level crossing this afternoon (Saturday September 7).
The B2133 Adversane Lane in Adversane was shut in both directions between the A29 Stane Street junction and the Marringdean Road junction.
Rail services on the Mid Sussex and West Coastway lines were disrupted due to the incident.
